Sons, (and daughters) - Who Repeat Their Fathers' Mistakes: One of the most interesting findings from our research was the frustration experienced by fathers who have passed on their businesses to their sons, only to watch them repeat the same costly mistakes. This can be incredibly disheartening for the fathers, as their 'fat cat' retirement allowance diminishes due to losses caused by these avoidable errors. i.e trips to Ibiza, Amsterdam, Beer Festivals in Europe, All expense paid cruises etc.

2. Consistently Late Individuals: Showing up late to appointments or gatherings is a major annoyance for many. It not only displays a lack of respect for other people's time but also disrupts schedules and plans. Punctuality is key to maintaining smooth interactions and keeping things running on time. (Son).
